Returns Policy

Returns

All Acribia garments are made to order just for you. In any case, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days (from the date of receipt) for returning your shipment.

With the return label provided, the return within Europe/Schengen is FREE of charge.

Please note: You will bear the immediate cost of returning the goods if you do not follow our returns procedure below.

We ask for your understanding that consignments returned to us freight collect cannot be accepted.

All returned item/s must be:

• In its original conditions.
• Unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all product labels and all accessories included.
• All tags have to be still attached in the same place as originally sent.
• Currently, it is only possible to make a return, and a change of size or colour is not possible.
• All returns must be received/ proceeded within 14 days of delivery.

To return your shipment, you need to follow the instructions below. You will find the following guidelines also on the form included in your package.

Please remember you will bear the immediate cost of returning the goods if you do not follow our returns procedure below.

How to return an order:

• Go to footer section (at the bottom of every page) and look for „RETURNS POLICY“ under HELP.
• Use the „RETURNS FORM“ to submit a return request.
• Put in the „ORDER NUMBER“ and „EMAIL“ (you can find them in your Order Confirmation email), the reason for your return and
„SUBMIT“ your request.
• You will receive an email with a link („ADD RETURN REQUEST“) that brings you to the „ORDER RETURN“ page.
• Select the item/s you want to return and the reason for your return request. Submit the request.
• A success notification will appear immediately, and confirmation via email with instructions to prepare the return package will be sent to you.

How to ship the package:

• Place the item/s together with the return slip in the original box.
• Close the box accurately and stick the prepaid return label included in your delivery over the prior delivery information.
• Drop off the package at your nearest post office or UPS packing station.

As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the package.

After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be reimbursed – according to the payment method you have selected.

Please understand that processing and refunds can take up to 14 days.

Please remember you will bear the immediate cost of returning the goods if you do not follow our returns procedure below and use another courier service. If you ship via another courier service, please keep your proof of receipt for your records, and we recommend using a trackable service.

NOTE:

We remind you that the customer shall bear customs charges or taxes of the country when shipping to Italy. For more information on Customs and Import charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

REFUNDS

Once your package has reached our Atelier in Rome, Italy (within 3-7 working days) and has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation, and your refund will be issued.

We recommend retaining the email confirmation and your shipping note (if available) until you have received your refund.

Refunds for orders will be credited to the original purchasers and can take up to 10 -14 working days for the whole process.

Refund a returned order

If you ship via another courier service, you will be liable in case of any loss, so please use a trackable shipping service and keep your proof of delivery for your records.

What if my items arrive damaged or incorrect?

We inspect each of our products to meet the highest quality standards before shipping.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to a manufacturing fault, please contact us on info@acribia.shop with your order number and description and photos of the damaged item. We’ll be sure to look after you.
