Which countries does Acribia ship to?

Acribia at the moment sells and ships to these countries:

Aland Islands, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Do I need to be registered as user to buy?

You can absolutely buy on Acribia as a Guest, you will enter your billing and shipping addresses at checkout. Anyway can be really useful to register a personal account.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your Acribia account and select the orders tab

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order not yet shipped please contact our Customer Service to send a revocation request to cancel your order (subject line: Cancellation of my order number).

If your order has been already shipped please refer to our Returns Policy page.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.

Can I change my delivery address after shipping?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, once the order has been shipped it is not possible to change the delivery address.

What’s the status of my order?

If you received an “Order Confirmation” mail from us, that means your order will be ready to ship in 14 working days since the mail receipt. If you received an “Order Completed” mail your clothes are already en route to your shipping address and you can use the track id number provided to control the shipping status on UPS
